Email, push notifications, in-app messages, and similar digital channels may be used.

You may withdraw communication permission at any time.

1Purpose

This notice explains how Wandarly may send commercial electronic messages such as new feature announcements, travel inspiration, saved content reminders, itinerary experience tips, campaigns, and product news.

2Communication channels

If permitted, Wandarly may send messages by email, push notification, in-app message, social media, and similar digital channels. Essential account, security, and transaction messages may be sent independently of marketing permission.

3Data processed

Contact details, notification token, marketing choices, membership data, selected language, saved content types, in-app interactions, and interests may be processed to send messages through the right channel, in the right language, and with more relevant content.

4Legal basis

Commercial electronic messages are based on user approval under applicable electronic commerce rules. Personal data processing may rely on consent, service performance, legitimate interests, or other applicable legal grounds.

5Sharing

Data may be shared with notification infrastructure, email service, customer relationship, analytics, campaign management, and technical support providers only as needed for the stated purposes.

6Withdrawal of approval

Users may withdraw commercial communication permission at any time through app settings, device notification settings, unsubscribe links, or support@wandarly.com. Withdrawal applies prospectively.
