Terms

Wandarly brings discovery, saved content, profiles, followers, comments, and itinerary planning into one travel experience.

AI plans, maps, location details, and event suggestions help decision-making but do not replace current official information.

Use the app safely, respectfully, and without disrupting the experience of real users.

1General use

Wandarly is provided for discovering travel content, viewing content details, exploring places and events, viewing images, saving content, creating itineraries, following plan details, and organizing travel activity on a profile.

2Account and access

Profile, saved items, follow relationships, comments, notifications, and personal itinerary history may require an account. The user is responsible for account activity, device security, and protection of Apple, Google, or email sign-in methods.

3Prohibited use

Spam, fake engagement, harassment, impersonation, misleading profile or image use, automated scraping, attempts to bypass security, content that infringes third-party rights, excessive requests that harm performance, and harmful code are prohibited. Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content and Harassment: Wandarly maintains a zero-tolerance policy against objectionable content, abusive behavior, and harassment. Users are strictly prohibited from publishing defamatory, obscene, pornographic, offensive, or infringing material. Wandarly provides in-app tools allowing users to report inappropriate content and block abusive users. Any reported UGC or user violating these terms will be reviewed within 24 hours and removed immediately, and the offending user's account may be terminated permanently without prior notice.

4AI and travel suggestions

Wandarly may provide AI-assisted itinerary generation, event-based planning, route suggestions, and recommendation text. These outputs help planning, but users should separately check current official sources for visas, safety, health, transport, prices, opening hours, ticket availability, and local rules.

5Third-party services

Third-party services such as maps, location, authentication, notifications, analytics, app stores, event data, transport, or booking providers may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. Wandarly does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or constant accuracy of third-party information.

6Limits of liability

Wandarly aims to provide the service with reasonable care and clear presentation, but it cannot guarantee complete and error-free information for every destination, event, place, or route. Real-world travel decisions remain the user's responsibility.

7Changes

Wandarly may update features, interface, content display, and these terms according to product development, security needs, user feedback, and legal requirements. Updated terms apply from publication.
