Your Wandarly account keeps your profile, saved places, travel content, and itineraries in one personal space.
Itinerary creation, event-based planning, maps, images, and recommendations are provided to make trip planning easier.
Profile, followers, comments, notifications, and multilingual features must be used safely and respectfully.
1Parties
This Membership Agreement applies between Wandarly services and the person who uses the Wandarly mobile app or Wandarly web pages. Wandarly means the digital travel product that provides discovery, personal profiles, saved content, social interaction, and itinerary planning features.
2Subject and scope
The agreement covers account creation, Apple or Google sign-in, profile information, profile photo and cover image, followers and following, comments, notifications, saved content, itinerary details, creating an itinerary from an event, and multilingual app usage.
3Membership and account security
The user must use the account personally and protect email, Apple, or Google sign-in methods. The profile name, photos, follow relationships, and saved travel content shown in the account form part of the user's Wandarly experience. Suspected unauthorized access should be reported to support@wandarly.com.
4Wandarly services
Wandarly may provide city and content discovery, place and event details, images, maps, location information, saved items, AI-assisted itinerary generation, event-based planning, and profile-based travel organization. These features are designed to make travel easier to understand, plan, and personalize.
5User obligations
Users must not use misleading profile information, upload another person's image without permission, misuse followers or comments for harassment or spam, scrape data, reverse engineer the service, manipulate the platform with fake accounts, bypass security, or share content that infringes third-party rights. Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content and Harassment: Wandarly maintains a zero-tolerance policy against objectionable content, abusive behavior, and harassment. Users are strictly prohibited from publishing defamatory, obscene, pornographic, offensive, or infringing material. Wandarly provides in-app tools allowing users to report inappropriate content and block abusive users. Any reported UGC or user violating these terms will be reviewed within 24 hours and removed immediately, and the offending user's account may be terminated permanently without prior notice.
6Intellectual property and content
The Wandarly brand, app design, interfaces, software, content structure, and visual language belong to Wandarly or its licensors. User content remains owned by the user; the user grants Wandarly the technical permission needed to display, store, resize, and operate that content inside the app.
7Termination and changes
The user may close or request deletion of the account at any time. Wandarly may restrict access when required for security, legal compliance, misuse, or breach of these terms. As the product evolves, new discovery, planning, profile, and notification features may be added.
